General update

Includes:

• Many minor adjustments
• Some graphical effects and improvements
• Some added content throughout all sectors
• Performance optimizations

This release isn't as stable as some and is noticeably larger in file size due to lots of hidden and not-yet-used content but is good for anyone interested in seeing some of the directions I have gone in development.
